Hi, I'm Kendra Conyers! I love Jesus, Real Estate and Acting. My family and friends call me Sunshine which is a childhood nickname because I’m known to brighten people’s lives. Fun fact about me is I love to laugh and crack jokes! I am an Actress and a Certified Luxury Realtor with my own brokerage, Kendra Conyers & Associates Luxury Real Estate.

We have an office in Fayetteville, NC & in Charlotte, NC. I specialize in helping buyers build new construction homes in the Charlotte and Fayetteville areas. I've sold over 122 homes and 62% of them have been new construction. I have helped families build homes from half million dollar beach houses to a custom built homes on 9 acres to townhomes to builder spec homes. I am also a first generation college graduate and a first generation millionaire.

With millions of dollars in sales, I have developed a reputation as a Top Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. I ranked 2nd in the Top 5 Best Realtor in 2019 and made the Top 100 North Carolina Realtors on social media in 2020.
